Hong Kong serves as our corporate headquarters. This office is where all of our financial and logistics needs are met as far as our trading offices are concerned. In 2017, our showroom moved from Hong Kong to our newly built facility in Longgang/Shenzhen. We have over 21,000 square feet of showroom space that is transformed twice yearly with the newest and most on-trend products. We have multilingual sales representatives at our showroom to assist customers with product selection and the buying process. Our Longgang location also includes a large office space of local sales staff supported by sourcing offices in Xiamen and Hangzhou, China. These three offices provide all aspects of trade-support including: order placement, label and packaging requirements, quality control, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Caffco International’s US headquarters is located in Montgomery, Alabama, where the story of our business originally began. In our Montgomery office, we offer 20,000 square feet of showroom space, in-house designers, and customer service staff.
